Meet RIBAL

Prospective Engineer. Builder. Author. Philanthropist.

Ribal Zebian is an author, founder, engineering student, and community builder focused on practical systems that improve how people live, build, and move forward. He is the founder of Generous Homes and the creator of MicroCity, a modular housing and deployment model built around simplified construction, low-cost transport, and scalable community implementation. Ribal believes leadership should come from people willing to build real solutions — not just talk about them.

Known for designing and building a full-scale wooden Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, writing extensively on housing and system reform, and developing real-world housing concepts backed by land, logistics, and implementation planning, Ribal has built a public reputation around turning ambitious ideas into tangible work. His focus is not only on housing units themselves, but on the broader systems behind affordability, deployment, and long-term community stability.

Growing up in a family of twelve siblings, he learned early the importance of responsibility, resilience, teamwork, and perseverance. He now brings that same mindset to engineering, public leadership, and the challenges facing London’s future.

Ribal’s work and leadership have been recognized both regionally and nationally.

A Bold Vision. Real Solutions

Housing & Homelessness

Practical housing solutions should help residents move from instability toward safety, employment, recovery, and long-term stability. Taxpayer support must be a pathway to rebuilding, not a permanent system with no expectations. Assistance should come with cooperation, responsibility, and real effort toward work, training, treatment, or community contribution where appropriate.

Safer Streets & Stronger Neighbourhoods

Support safer communities through better enforcement, stronger neighbourhood planning, and practical responses to homelessness, addiction, and disorder.

Fix the Basics: Roads, Services & Infrastructure

Prioritize road repairs, traffic flow, snow removal, garbage services, construction delays, and infrastructure planning so London works better for residents every day.

Taxpayer Respect & Accountable Government

Every dollar City Hall spends comes from someone who worked for it. London needs responsible budgets, clear communication, and decisions residents can understand.
